WHAT WE DO

Resource Institute Manages the Entire Project from Fundraising to Finalty.

Resource Institute helps communities, landowners, and partner organizations restore streams, rivers, and wetlands. Our projects improve water quality, reduce erosion and flood impacts, and protect land and infrastructure.

We provide project management from concept to completion, bringing together partners, securing funding, and coordinating the work needed to turn a project idea into a completed restoration.

HOW WE HELP YOU WITH YOUR PROJECT

Our project management services connect three key areas of work to keep your project moving forward.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & FUNDING

We work with you to identify project needs, establish shared goals, and develop a project plan. We identify potential funding sources, prepare grant applications, and coordinate partner contributions to help move your project forward.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING COORDINATION

We coordinate with engineers and other technical partners to develop a design that meets project goals and funding requirements. We manage consultant contracts, review design progress, and keep the scope, budget, and schedule aligned as the project moves toward construction.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & COMPLETION

We coordinate bidding and contractor selection, oversee construction, and manage project finances. Throughout the work, we maintain communication with landowners and project partners, track schedules, and handle reporting, reimbursement documentation, and project closeout.
